Learn how to permanently delete your Muse account and associated data

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including projects, settings, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Through the Muse App

The quickest way to delete your account is directly through the app:

Step 1: Initial Warning & Reason

Navigate to account settings and select 'Delete Account'

You'll see a warning about the consequences of deletion
You must provide a reason for deletion (3-5 lines)

Step 2: Final Confirmation

For security, you must type a confirmation phrase

SUPPRIMER

The delete button is only enabled when you type the exact confirmation text

Step 3: Processing

Your deletion request will be processed immediately with a loading indicator

Step 4: Completion

Upon successful deletion, you'll see a confirmation message and be automatically redirected to the home screen after 2 seconds

When contacting support, please include your account email and explicitly request account deletion. We'll verify your identity and process your request within 48 hours.

Your account access is revoked immediately upon confirmation

All personal data, projects, and settings are permanently deleted from our servers
Legal Compliance
We retain only the minimum data required by law for legal and regulatory compliance
